Old Oglaw

Old Oglaw was a grizzled old freighter captain who was stuck in Iritsa for several months while he worked through some contractual problems with a shipment.

He liked to talk to strangers and knew quite a bit about the local affairs of Iritsa. He was a staunch supporter of the Empire.
