347.609/D5 was an Imperial commander, whose real name remains unknown. This commander was in charge of a small group of veteran soldiers, consisting of Explorer Squad Esk-23, Stormtrooper Squad Aurek and Besh, who had been abandoned on Endor after the Battle of Endor. 347-609/D5 was under orders to link up any remaining Imperial forces on Endor and lead them to Assault HQ, harrying and eliminating any Rebel and Ewok opposition on the way. When his scouts happened upon an Ewok village in Sector 5-7, he ordered his men to attack.
