Observation module
The observation module was a Mission Function Module designed to be used with the modular taskforce cruiser. Used for intelligence gathering, the observation module cost 6.3 million credits. Crewed by 1,550 Imperial Intelligence officers and com-scan specialists, the observation module was equipped with five hundred probe droids and observation droids. The droids were deployed to the target's perimeter while the ship remained outside enemy territory. Twelve TIE/LN starfighters provided defense.
