The Newland system, also known as the Argoon system, was a star system located within the Tion Hegemony in the Outer Rim region of the galaxy which contained the planet Argoon.

The system was involved in a Imperial campaign lead by Rear Admiral Thrawn to secure the outer systems from pirate threats.
