Nabrun Leids/Legends
The four-armed Nabrun Leids was a Morseerian male smuggler and pilot-for-hire, flying the Scarlet Vertha. He liked to brag that he could take anyone anywhere for the right price.
Biography

Nabrun hailed from a planet commonly called Morseer by the Galactic Empire.[source?] The atmosphere of Morseer consisted mainly of methane, so all Morseerians had to wear a protective mask and suit to shield their vulnerable bodies from deadly gases such as oxygen, similar to the Skakoans. Nabrun once worked for Omogg, a Drackmarian warlord of Quelii sector, as did many others of his species. He later left that region of space to escape bounty hunters after he broke the contract. He was particularly familiar with the Triellus Trade Route, between the Sisar Run and Tatooine. In 0 BBY, Leids was present in Chalmun's Spaceport Cantina along with the smuggler Rycar Ryjerd when Luke Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi came to look for a pilot, eventually meeting Han Solo.
Behind the scenes
Nabrun Leids first appeared as a cantina alien in Star Wars: Episode IV A New Hope, but the character's true first appearance was in the second issue of Marvel Comics' adaptation of the film, published fifteen days prior to the film's release.[2] During the film's production, Leids' species was listed as "Plutonian" by John Mollo.[3] According to Tom Spina, in the film, Leids was portrayed by an actress named Diana Sadley Way, who was also listed in Mollo's notes.[4][3] Leids was first identified and given a brief backstory in the December 1995 Premiere Limited base set of the Star Wars Customizable Card Game. Nabrun Leids also received an entry in the Jedi Knight Trading Card Game Premiere base set released on April 25, 2001 and later the first expansions set of the card game, Scum And Villainy published on July 11, 2001.
