Monofilament screen guard

A monofilament screen guard was a device used for perimeter security. It was made up of an 80-centimeter-long strip with hundreds of monofilament wires that rose to a height of two meters. It was very hard to detect and if a person ran into it, it could inflict significant cuts and damage.
