Monofilament fibers were needle sharp strands that were virtually invisible. They used in Menendahl Cybertronics' cybernetic nexus ring. Chemically coated and one meter in length, the fiber has a standard energy jack connector at one end, allowing it to connect to local power sources. Monofilament fibers were also integral components in Novaplex's monofilament screen guards.
