Mono-filament trace-wire
Mono-filament trace-wires were used as part of the HB-4 Projectile Rifle's targeting system. When a projectile was fired from the weapon, the mono-filament trace-wire would trail out. The rifle then fed flight information to the projectile through the trace-wire.
