Mission to Tatooine (Galactic Civil War)

In 0 ABY, Luke Skywalker was sent on a mission to his homeworld Tatooine to recruit several CR90 corvette pilots as a means to help them evacuate from the Imperial blockade on Yavin 4, although it got complicated when he discovered that the House of Tagge was also on the planet for a secret plot. Fixer also informed him that the Imperials were aware of him and searching him out. Luke, Han Solo, Chewbacca, R2-D2, and C-3PO eventually managed to evade Imperial stormtroopers, but ended up stranded in the Dune Sea of Tatooine. They then hitched a ride with a Jawa in a Sandcrawler after striking a deal, and discovered further plans by the House of Tagge — more specifically, the House of Tagge intended to create a long-range freezing weapon. However, they weren't able to discover its purpose at that time. They eventually returned to Mos Eisley and departed from Tatooine. Just as they were departing from Tatooine, however, Luke and company discovered a Mining Explorer owned by the House of Tagge preparing to jump into hyperspace, and the Millennium Falcon gave pursuit.
