Milo Phineas was a male Human who worked for the Corporate Sector Authority as a naval officer. Phineas was a former captain in the Imperial Navy who later went to work for the CSA. Following the Battle of Endor, he was part of the forces led by Fleet Commander Baruche Sloane assigned to seize the Kalinda system, where he served as a lieutenant aboard the Victory I-class Star Destroyer Enforce.
