A microscopic subdermal tracker was a miniaturized homing device that could injected into an individual. Boba Fett paid a fortune to have a target, the slicer Rivo Xarran, tagged with one of the trackers on Inat Prime, leading Fett to track him to the Imperial garrison on Vryssa.[1]
