Melin Terqu
Melin Terqu was a male deck officer on 3DC/Green. He was in charge of servicing ships that docked on the station. He kept tight control over his resources and would only allow repairs to visiting ships, stopping anyone from performing upgrades or time-consuming modifications.[1]
