Melantha Embassy
The Melantha Embassy on Procopia, in the Tapani sector, was located on Estalle Island. It was large, ornate, and colored green. The reason why the embassy was painted green was long forgotten, but tradition dictated it remain that way. It was rumored that House Melantha kept a tourture chamber in the embassy's basement.
