Material Procedures
Material Procedures was a branch of Situational Enforcement, part of the Corporate Sector Authority's Security Division. They tracked all reports of property damage to Authority equipment and facilities. Material Procedures had two branches; Embezzlement and Industrial Espionage.[1]
