Masgen system
The Masgen system was located in the Churnis sector,[1] a part of the New Territories portion of[2] the Mid Rim.[1] It was situated between the Ansion and Kalaan systems on the Namadii Corridor hyperlane.[4]
During the Galactic Civil War, the Tarro operative Qatak Qantaras, who was allied with the Rebel Alliance, worked in the Masgen system.[5] The system fell within the borders of the New Republic between 12 ABY and 13 ABY.[4]
Behind the scenes
The Masgen system was created by Craig Robert Carey and introduced in Galaxy Guide 12: Aliens — Enemies and Allies, a 1995 sourcebook for use with West End Games' Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game.[5] The 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas placed it in grid square I-7.[3]
