Manliss Enterprise was a criminal organization responsible for the production of two-thirds of all the spice in the Portmoak sector. Originally run by Dunstain Manliss, the organization was taken over by his son, Artur Manliss, after he killed his father. Manliss Enterprise was part of Mandroxan.
