Magnet/Legends
A magnet was a type of device that attracted things to itself,[1] including some metals, such as iron.[2] Magnets could be used to seal things, such as doors.[3]
An electromagnet was a type of magnet in which the magnetic field was produced by the flow of electric current.
Logray once compared a magnet's powers to Shadowroot soap's tendency to attract flies.[1]
