Luiss Nevs

Luiss Nevs was a male Sluissi and member of the Sluis Van Congregate. Dirk Harkness spent several days meeting with Nevs trying to persuade him to side with the New Republic over the Galactic Empire following the Battle of Endor. Nevs explained that the Sluissi were caught in a dilemma as the Empire was their primary customer and accounted for ninety percent of the Sluis Van Shipyards business.
