Loyalty Inhibitor
Loyalty Inhibitors were hard-wired programs that were installed in secretary droids. It prevented the droid from disclosing sensitive information to non-authorized personnel. The inhibitor could not be bypassed—any attempt to do so would result in circuitry overload and burnout.
