Low-feedback scanner/Legends
The low-feedback scanner was a type of portable scanner produced by CryonCorp.[1]
Designed for use by Gotals and other species sensitive to the electromagnetic spectrum, the low-feedback scanner only made use of passive collection technologies. Due to the passive nature of the scanner, it was essentially invisible to sensor sweeps and scans, making it a common piece of equipment in special forces units. The low-feedback scanner was capable of detecting various phenomena at long range, including radiation, life forms, power sources, and comm signals.[1]
The low-feedback scanner was often carried by Alliance commandos. The Endor strike team carried these during their mission to destroy the Endor shield generator bunker.[2]
