Loquasin

Loquasin was a powerful drug used in interrogations. It compelled the victim to talk, but the drug alone couldn't force the victim to reveal anything specific—she or he could still talk, or even sing, about something else. Apparently, it was harder for the victim not to break if the drug was combined with torture.
