Lommbo
Lommbo was a Nimbanel working for the Bureau of Ships and Services as a clerk. He was responsible for renewing licenses. When Pyrron Nox attempted to renew Wrune Tsallin's license by proxy, Lommbo informed him that Tsallin had been found dead, floating in the Ac'fren Spur.[1]
