Link armor
Link armor was a type of armor used during the time of the Galactic Republic, around the events of the Great Sith War. Link armor connected small insulated rings together to create a heavy protective covering that was capable of protecting the wearer against both physical and energy attacks.[1]
Link armor was designed to connect with another, larger set of link armor to create a heavier and more protective covering. However, the double suit modification was bulkier and the wearer was less agile while wearing it.[1]
Jedi Knights favored using link armor when entering battle.[1] ProTech manufactured a set of link armor called the SupraLink. Each set cost 500 credits.[2]
