Level 12
Level 12 was located on the shadowport Tanquilla Beach. It was entirely devoted to the buying and selling of slaves. Many spacers tended to avoid the level due their discomfort with the notion of slavery. The majority of the slaves were aliens, but it was not uncommon for Humans to find themselves for sale after losing their last credit on the Beach.
