The background for this droid comes from a "Spot the Droid" poster displayed at the Tokyo Disneyland Star Tours, which was translated at the EndorExpress.net fan site[3], as well as the Complete Guide to Star Tours booklet.[1]

The droid was likely to have been a 'drag' redress of F-29, shot before the ride opened.
