Keval Raffaan was a male Human Jedi Knight from Chandrila. He studied at the Diplomatic Institute on Coruscant before becoming the Padawan of Jedi Master Ma'tien. He was sent to Muzara to negotiate the disputes between the Human colonists and the indigenous Muza.
