Karvinna Raen was a shy and quiet researcher who worked with Elth Nardah. She was fascinated by how beings coped both with and apart from the presence of the Empire and the Alliance. She carefully cultivated a plain appearance, with short brown hair and dark eyes. Her primary job was to be the official recorder of all treaty negotiations.
