The Ordeal of Boba Fett

The Ordeal of Boba Fett is a short story written by Michael Allen Horne, originally published in the Dark Empire Sourcebook and later archived on Hyperspace.

Plot

Just after the destruction of Jabba the Hutt's sail barge, bounty hunter Dengar stumbles upon a badly wounded Boba Fett, who has just escaped from the Great Pit of Carkoon, and transports him to a medical facility for treatment. As Fett lies in a coma, Dengar ponders over his injuries, showing disgust at the damage the Sarlacc had inflicted. After awakening from his coma, both Fett and Dengar leave Tatooine, bound for Nar Shaddaa.
