Interrupter-template

Interrupter-templates were metal panels on the underside of a starship that automatically slid into place along the servo-guides upon the ship's landing. They prevented a ship equipped with a belly-turret weapon from shooting the landing gear or ramp while the ship was in its landing configuration. The Millennium Falcon was equipped with interrupter-templates.
