The Imperial Defense Daily, or IDD, was a daily newsfeed service for those interested in the defense industry. It profiled spacecraft and weapons systems as they became declassified, and was thus very popular among weapons enthusiasts. An example of this was when the IDD were the first to provide coverage of the Storm Commando, describing their equipment, training, and future missions.
