Imperial Data Service
The Imperial Data Service was a messaging service available to the citizens of the galaxy. However, it was not secure, and the Galactic Empire often spied on the message contents. As a result, most citizens used courier services to send messages, or, in the case of Corellian Merchants' Guild members, used the guild's free message service.
