Idris Ro was a member of the Alliance to Restore the Republic during the Galactic Civil War. Ro contracted the freelance scout and Alliance sympathizer Jobany Cyrs to produce a report on the planet Socorro with the intent of evaluating its suitability as an Alliance base.[1]
