IR suppressor

An IR suppressor was a engine component that was employed to hide exhaust heat from sensors. They were incorporated into Exhaust Nacelles to help hide hot exhaust waste from enemy sensor detection in ships such as the Incom Corporation T-65 X-wing starfighter.[1]
