Hjaff constitution

The Hjaff constitution belonged to the Tarc species of the planet Hjaff. The Hjaff planetary leader—known as the Keddek—was required to obey the Hjaff constitution. The constitution also provided for the three continental leaders to strip the Keddek of their position.
