The High Circle of Elders was the ruling council of the Order of the Sacred Circle. In 0 ABY, on the brink of deciding whether or not to support the Alliance to Restore the Republic or the Galactic Empire in the Galactic Civil War, they were overthrown by Domina Tagge who was declared All-High Priestess.[1][2]
