Heter-Valve

The Heter-Valve, commonly referred to as an energy converter valve, was the gas chamber on a blaster, serving as the primary energy converter. After the trigger was pulled the valve opened, releasing a small amount of gas into the XCiter. It regulated the amount and speed that a blaster could fire in a single shot.
