Happy

Happy was a city on the planet of Korbin. Like the planet itself, Happy had no government or law system. Happy, along with the other cities of Korbin, was given an upbeat name by its criminal inhabitants. The cities of Happy, Joy, and Peace were collectively known as the Small-Timers, because of their small size, and because the conditions were less harsh than in the capital, Pleasant City.
