Hapan Treaty
The Hapan Treaty was a signed but never implemented treaty between the New Republic and the Hapes Consortium that would have regulated the Consortium's entrance into the New Republic. The treaty was signed soon after Dathomir became associated member of the Consortium. Though the Consortium was to have became a full member of the New Republic, the treaty also granted it a high level of independence, such as the right to maintain its own navy.[1]
