Mr. Greybird was one of the security personnel aboard the New Republic Imperial I-class Star Destroyer Liberator when it was downed over Coruscant. General Wedge Antilles assigned Greybird and another escort, Demolinn, to accompany New Republic journalist Rivoche Tarkin while she explored the ruins of Imperial City and searched for survivors of the Imperial reconquest of the planet.
