Greg Somax
Greg Somax was a male mathematics instructor at the Imperial Naval Academy, and a Special Agent working for the Alliance to Restore the Republic. His position put him in contact with many Academy cadets, allowing him to come across likely candidates for Alliance recruitment. Somax never contacted potential recruits himself; the Alliance needed his services too much to allow him to risk losing his cover. Instead, he would inform a Recruitment Agent, who would go on to make contact with the potential Rebel.[1]
