Gavern Starlock

Gavern Starlock was a baron and advisor to Prince Jagoda of R-Duba. He purchased C-3PO to act as a translator to the prince.
Starlock betrayed his people by helping the people of Dorande in an attempt to conquer R-Duba, but his plans were foiled by the efforts of 3PO, R2-D2 and Kirk Windjammer.
He had a droid, BX-00, who served as his driver, bodyguard and assassin.
