Frid
The Frid were an aquatic sentient species native to the planet Mackar. The Frid relocated to the water-covered planet Iskalon to escape a cataclysm that struck Mackar[3] around five millennia before the Galactic Civil War,[4] and became a part of the Iskalonian School, a cultural group of several aquatic species that had traveled to Iskalon with the aid of spacefaring benefactors.[3] A fishlike species, Frid were characterized by their bulbous violet eyes, long mouth-flaps and green, scaly skin.[2] Frid were sexually dimorphic, as males had fins on their heads which females lacked; they were also incapable of physical speech, instead communicating solely through telepathy.[3] The Frid were noted for their extreme pacifism, refusing to fight back even when attacked.[5]
