Freedom I was a Rebel Lambda-class T-4a shuttle that carried the Alliance ambassador and docked with the Sullustan ambassador's shuttle Sar X at the diplomatic meeting between Sullust and the Alliance to Restore the Republic during Operation Strike Fear. The meeting was interrupted by the arrival of the Imperial-class Star Destroyer Invincible. Hamo Blastwell and Keyan Farlander, flying R-22 Spearheads, held off the Imperial fighters until the meeting was concluded and all ships fled into hyperspace.
