The Essential Miner's Gear was a mining tool kit produced by TasCorp. The kit provided all of the non-powered equipment a miner needed to successfully operate on the planet Tasariq. Widely used by the Tasari and off-worlders, the kit was a backpack that included basic excavation tools, a week's worth of dried rations, a breath mask, and two personal oxygen tanks.[1]
