Elotis

Elotis was a Togorian master smith, expert in the building of sc'rath scimitars. Elotis noticed young hunter Mlatar Thon Gra when he won the Rrann Hhoss games. Elotis decided to approach Mlatar and offered him the chance to learn how to craft the blade. A fast learner, Mlatar spent only five years in learning the craft, and during the sixth year, Elotis declared him a master smith.
