Electro-jabber
An electro-jabber was a hand-held shock device. It was similar to a stun baton, only older and more simplified. They gave the victim a violent and very painful shock.
During Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi's mission to Romin, during a party, the dictator of the planet used an electro-jabber on a waiter for serving a food item at the wrong time.
