The EG-7 was a model of blaster produced by BlasTech Industries. Jeigh Esse used a modified EG-7 known as a polarizer.

Behind the scenes

The EG-7 was created by Chris Cowdrill, a Star Wars fan, for the backstory of their Jeigh Esse entry in the Design An Alien contest held in the Star Wars Galaxy Magazines.
