Duriet was the wife of musician and former Corellian militia member Grondorn Muse. When the Galactic Empire blacklisted her husband because of the political content of his songs, both Grondorn and Duriet joined the Alliance to Restore the Republic prior to the Battle of Yavin.[1]

Behind the scenes

Duriet was briefly mentioned on her husband's character card for the November 1998 Special Edition Limited expansion set of Decipher's Star Wars Customizable Card Game.[1] As Grondorn Muse's name is an anagram of singer Gordon Sumner, better known as Sting, Duriet's given name is an anagram of Sting's wife Trudie's given name.[2]
