The Diligent was a Rendili Neutron Star-class bulk cruiser serving in the Alliance Navy between the battles of Hoth and Endor.

It was present alongside the Assault Frigate Haven at the Rebel base where new recruit Ace Azzameen underwent his piloting evaluations supervised by his future wingman Olin Garn.
