Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

The destruction of the planet Halanit was carried out by the Galactic Empire during the Bacta War. Led by Commander Ait Convarion, the Imperial forces and the Thyferran Home Defense Corps exterminated the population for accepting bacta despite their threats.
